Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the e92 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use the e92 platform.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and e92 as the platform provider. Your continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
The e92 platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the e92 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. e92 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Accounts found to be using false identities or misleading information will be closed immediately.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials. e92 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please contact our customer support immediately.
Users are required to comply with the following responsibilities:
- Not using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Not attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the e92 platform systems.
- Not sharing your account with any other party.
- Not using automated software, bots, or external tools to interact with the platform.
- Comply with all game rules and betting procedures as specified.
Payment, Deposit & MYR Transaction Information
All transactions on the e92 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and belongs to them. Using another person's payment method without the owner's authorisation is prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the chosen payment method and the user's VIP tier. Current limits are clearly displayed in your account section after logging in.
E92 reserves the right to hold or delay any withdrawal request for identity verification purposes or to investigate suspected suspicious activity. Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed within the standard processing times for each payment method. Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment service providers are the user's responsibility.
Any bonus or credit applied to an account is subject to the wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is awarded. Withdrawing bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirements is not permitted.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
E92 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding its availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. e92 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform.
In the event of a technical error, system disruption, or software failure that produces incorrect betting outcomes, e92 reserves the right to void or correct those results at our discretion. Any winnings arising from a system error will not be paid out.
Account Suspension & Closure
E92 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms set out in this document.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Duplicate registrations or use of false identities.
- Attempting to manipulate the system or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
- Requests from relevant legal authorities.
In cases of account closure due to confirmed fraud, the account balance may be forfeited. For closures due to other reasons, the valid balance will be refunded after the investigation is completed.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Privacy
All content, design, logos, brand names, software, and other materials on the e92 platform are the exclusive property of e92 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from e92.
The e92 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only. e92 has no control over the content of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.
The collection, use, and protection of users' personal data are subject to our e92 Privacy Policy separately. By using this platform, you agree to the terms set out in that Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read our Privacy Policy to understand how your data is handled.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law
E92 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the e92 platform after any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by Malaysian law. Any unresolved disputes after negotiation will be referred to the competent courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be interpreted to reflect the original intent to the extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
